According to the procedure for payment for consumed electricity, the payment deadline for the electricity you consumed during October expires on November 17.

In case of non-payment or partial payment for the consumed electricity before November 17 after non-payment for another 3 days, the electricity supply to these subscribers will be terminated from November 21.
